Whilst I was happy with the service, I was definitely not happy with the delivery service by Amarex. I was advised the package would be delivered on Friday. It was not delivered until Saturday and then instead of leaving the package in a safe place, it was left at my front door for all the world to see. I was home at the time yet the doorbell was not used and there was no knock on the door. I find that to be very very poor and I have requested a different delivery service if future. It was very unprofessional.

Everything is very smooth. The only small comment I would have is that the reminders (which were very useful) now seem out of sync with my purchases. For example I received a reminder about multivitamins today but have just bought some - the problem seems to ahve started once I was buying multiple products. However, this is a minor quibble. It is overall a pleasure to do business with you.

Dosage
Adults: take 1 tablet a day with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings
If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 µg /RE vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg/RE for women and 900 µg/RE for men.
· This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
· Not for the treatment of iron deficiency condtions.
· Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
